Rights & Ownership

Who owns the rights to my content?
You retain full ownership of your content at all times. Zen-O operates on a licensing model — we get the exclusive right to distribute your work on our platform for the duration of our agreement. You can request removal with 30 days' written notice.
Can I remove my content from Zen-O later?
Yes. You can request removal of your content with 30 days' written notice. We believe in creator autonomy — your work is yours. We simply ask for reasonable notice so we can manage platform operations and user expectations smoothly.

Revenue & Payments

How and when do I get paid?
Revenue is calculated monthly based on views and engagement. Payments are processed within 30 days of each month-end. You'll have access to a creator dashboard where you can track your earnings in real time. We support direct bank transfers and PayPal.
What happens after the Founders 100 fills up?
The Founders 100 offer is strictly for the first 100 approved creators. Once those spots are filled, all new creators will be onboarded under our standard 50/50 revenue share model — which is still highly competitive and fully transparent. Early creators keep their 60/40 split for the lifetime of their content on Zen-O.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The revenue split is exactly what it says: 50/50 for standard creators, 60/40 for Founders 100. We don't deduct processing fees, hosting costs, or marketing charges from your share. What you see is what you earn.

Submission & Content

Can I submit content already on YouTube or other platforms?
Yes, you can submit content that is currently on YouTube or elsewhere. However, if approved, you must remove it from all other platforms 30 days before its launch date on Zen-O. During our agreement, your content remains exclusive to Zen-O and cannot be distributed elsewhere.
Is there a minimum or maximum runtime?
No hard limits. We accept everything from 1-minute micro dramas to full-length feature films. What matters is quality and storytelling. That said, each format has its ideal audience on Zen-O — we help position your content where it performs best.
Do you accept non-English content?
Absolutely. Zen-O is built for global storytelling and we welcome content in any language. However, all submissions must include English subtitles so audiences worldwide can enjoy your work. Please arrange for subtitling before submitting your content.
How long does the review process take?
We guarantee a response within 7 business days of your submission. Our curation team reviews every submission personally — no automated rejections. If we need more information, we'll reach out directly.
What if my submission is rejected?
Rejection doesn't mean never. We provide feedback on why a submission wasn't approved, and you're welcome to resubmit after addressing those points. There's no limit on how many times you can submit different projects.

Platform & Partnership

What platforms will Zen-O be available on?
Zen-O will launch on web, iOS, and Android. We're also planning Smart TV apps (Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV) in our first year. Your content will be accessible across all platforms from day one.
Do you help with marketing and promotion?
Yes. We actively promote content through our social channels, email newsletters, and featured placements on the platform. Founders 100 creators get priority promotional support. We also co-promote with creators on Instagram and other channels.
Can I submit multiple projects at once?
Yes, you can submit multiple projects. Each project gets its own review. If you're a prolific creator, we encourage you to submit your best work first — quality over quantity always wins on Zen-O.
